Location: the hotel was next to the beach and many restaurants as well as center of Da Nang. The rooms were spotless and cheap with all the amenities, aircon, as example as described.

Fairly clean venue with exceptionally nice and excellent location in a quiet part of town. Location next to the airport, the beach, and many restaurants. - So many great mom and pop restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores.

We had a comfortable stay with both a fan and air conditioning in the room, allowing us to sleep reasonably comfortably. the hotel's location was convenient, being close to the city center and the airport, with easy parking for bikes.
There were some negative aspects of our experience. The cleanliness of the hotel could have been improved, with worn and grubby bedding and a moldy smell in the elevator.
